Frequently Asked Questions
Honest, direct answers to common questions asked by brands and creators.
Is CreatorBridge a talent management agency?
No. We are a creator partnerships agency and deal coordinator. We do not manage creators' careers or demand exclusive representation rights. Creators we collaborate with are independent business owners who choose which brand deals they want to accept.
Does CreatorBridge represent creators exclusively?
No. Working with CreatorBridge is non-exclusive by default. Creators remain completely free to source their own sponsors, work with their own managers, or collaborate with other agencies simultaneously.
Do creators have to accept campaign offers?
Never. Creators retain absolute approval rights over every single brand proposal, deliverable requirement, and price point. If a product does not resonate with your channel, you can decline with zero penalty.
How does CreatorBridge make money?
Our revenue model is transparent: CreatorBridge earns an agency management fee paid by the hiring brand for sourcing, vetting, contract coordination, QA, and reporting. Creator payouts are agreed upon in advance and protected — we never take hidden deductions from a creator's agreed rate.
Does CreatorBridge guarantee campaign conversions or ROI?
No. While we rigorously vet creator audience fit, technical depth, and past sponsor reception to maximize campaign performance, we do not guarantee specific conversion volumes, sales numbers, or ROAS. Creator marketing involves audience and creative variables that cannot be contractually guaranteed.
Can creators request removal of their information?
Yes, absolutely. If you are a creator and wish to have your public channel or rate information removed from our sourcing records, or wish to be placed on our permanent suppression list, simply email creatorbridgeagency@proton.me. We process all requests within 5 business days without fees or questions.
How are creators selected for brands?
We match creators based on actual audience overlap, content depth, technical accuracy, and proven engagement — not inflated vanity follower counts. Every prospective creator match is evaluated directly against the brand's technical brief.
How do brands start a campaign?
Brands begin by submitting a campaign brief via our Contact page or emailing Founder Obada Monther directly at creatorbridgeagency@proton.me. We typically follow up within 24–48 hours with initial scoping questions or creator shortlist options.
