CreatorBridge aims to handle personal and commercial information responsibly, transparently, and in accordance with applicable privacy standards. This policy explains what information we collect, how it is used and protected, and how creators and brands can exercise full control over their data.
Creator Data Removal Guarantee: If you are a creator whose public business contact details or channel information have been indexed in our sourcing research, you have the absolute right to be removed from our records or placed on our permanent suppression list. We respect all opt-out requests immediately.
1. Who We Are
CreatorBridge is an independent creator partnerships venture founded and operated by Obada Monther ("we", "us", or "our"). For the purposes of data handling, Obada Monther acts as the data controller for information processed through this website and our communication channels.
2. Information We Collect
We only collect information necessary to evaluate, coordinate, and execute legitimate creator sponsorships:
- Brand Inquiries: Brand/company name, official website domain, category, product details, campaign objectives, budget range, and contact person details (name, job title, business email address).
- Creator Information: Creator name, handle/channel name, public channel URLs (e.g. YouTube, GitHub, Twitter/X, Substack), primary programming/technical niches, verified business contact email, management representation details (if applicable), typical deliverable rates, calendar availability windows, and category conflicts or sponsorship preferences.
- Form Submissions & Correspondence: Information you voluntarily share when completing our Google Forms, sending direct emails, or replying to our sponsorship inquiries.
- Commercial & Campaign Records: Agreed rates, signed insertion orders, draft review notes, live publication URLs, and verified performance analytics.
- Technical & Log Data: When accessing our static site, standard non-identifying technical data (such as browser type, device category, referring URL, and edge network server logs) may be processed transiently by Firebase Hosting for security, DDoS protection, and cache routing.
3. Sources of Creator Information
We identify creator candidates solely through legitimate, publicly accessible channels:
- Direct form submissions and inbound emails from creators.
- First-party public creator pages (official channel About sections, linktrees, personal websites, media kits, or public storefronts such as Passionfroot).
- Verified creator management representatives.
We do not purchase dark data dumps or engage in deceptive scraping.
4. How We Use Collected Information
We process information strictly for the following purposes:
- Evaluating commercial fit between specific brand briefs and technical creators.
- Contacting creators with concrete, verified sponsorship proposals.
- Negotiating commercial rates, deliverables, and timelines on behalf of clients.
- Fulfilling contracted sponsorship campaigns and reporting outcomes.
- Maintaining an accurate, deduplicated internal CRM and suppression register.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to data brokers or third-party advertisers.
5. Data Storage & Third-Party Subprocessors
We use reputable, enterprise-grade cloud providers to secure our operations:
- Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Forms): Used for secure communication, intake forms, and internal CRM management. Data is stored in secure Google Cloud data centers with two-factor authentication and strict access isolation.
- Firebase Hosting (Google Cloud): Used to host our static, CDN-cached website assets.
6. Data Retention
We retain commercial contact records only as long as necessary to maintain productive business relationships and fulfill contractual obligations. Records are reviewed periodically. If no communication or active interest occurs over a 24-month period, records are archived or deleted.
7. Creator Rights & Data Removal Workflow
We believe creators should always maintain sovereign control over their professional footprint. Regardless of your jurisdiction, CreatorBridge extends the following rights to all creators and brand contacts:
- Right of Access: You can request a summary of the information we hold about you.
- Right of Rectification: You can update or correct your rates, availability, deliverables, or contact routes at any time.
- Right of Erasure ("Right to Be Forgotten"): You can request complete deletion of your records from our systems.
- Right to Suppression (Do-Not-Contact): If you prefer that we never reach out to you again, we will add your email and channel URL to our permanent suppression register so our systems will never contact you in future sourcing sprints.
How to Request Removal or Suppression:
You can submit an immediate, verifiable request using our native form below, or email us directly at creatorbridgeagency@proton.me. We acknowledge and process all removal and suppression requests within 5 business days with zero questions asked.

9. Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are exclusively intended for commercial professionals and content creators aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
